摘要:為掌握竹原纖維制備過程各階段試樣的形態結構和理化性能,更好地開發利用竹原纖維,采用掃描電鏡法、紅外光譜分析法、X 射線衍射法、熱重分析法和X射線光電子能譜(XPS)對竹原纖維加工成形各階段樣品進行了縱向測試分析。指出:竹單纖維呈圓形截面,中腔有微小的溶脹趨勢,縱向有膠質黏連;竹原纖維制備過程并未改變天然竹纖維的結晶結構與屬性,但結晶度呈遞增趨勢;竹原纖維制備過程各試樣主要官能團結構無明顯變化;試劑的使用改變了纖維表面的化學變化,C-C 相對其他的碳含量降為73.33%,木質素降解、部分結構變化。

Abstract:In order to master the morphological structure and physical and chemical properties of the samples of the bamboo raw fiber at each stage of preparation process,and develop and utilize bamboo raw fiber better.Scanning electron microscopy,infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,thermogravimetric analysis and XPS are used to conduct longitudinal testing and analysis on samples of bamboo raw fiber processing and forming at each stage.It is pointed out that the single fiber of bamboo has a circular cross section,with a slight swelling tendency in the middle cavity and a gelatinous adhesion in the longitudinal direction.The crystallization structure and properties of natural bamboo fiber are not changed during the preparation process,but the crystallinity increased.The main functional group structure of each sample do not change significantly at each stage of preparation process of the bamboo raw fiber.The chemical changes of the fiber surface are changed by using reagent,the carbon content of C-C was reduced to 73.33%,lignin is degraded,and part of the structure is changed.
